Swim/Run course

The jewel of the Kawartha's, Stoney lake and it's beautiful, clean water highlight this swim course. The run is an out and back loop on soft packed, scenic cottage country roads sheltered by canopied Kawartha forests.

Bike Course

One of the most scenic cycling roads in the Kawartha's, Birchview Road. On the south shore of Stoney lake this out and back route features rolling hills, beautiful views and tree lined canopies. We think you'll agree, one of the best triathlon bike courses out there.
